Application Procedures:
New work visa renewal documents can be submitted 8 weeks before the expiry date.

  1. Complete the online form and upload the documents
  2. Reply the confirmation email
  3. Document will be sent within 3 working days (if document have not been received within 7 working days, please contact us)
  4. Submit the replied document with signature, supplementary documents and the fee to us in person / by mail / by courier.
  5. After all documents are submitted, the new work visa will be applied successfully within 20 working days or 5 weeks before the commencement of a new work permit.
